Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days. Once dispatched, it often arrives the next working day if you live in the Netherlands. Orders to Belgium are often 3 days away.
PostNL delivers mail from Tuesday to Saturday. Sometimes it happens that an order is still not delivered after 5 working days. Please let us know via SunnyBeachnl@gmail.com or Instagram DM (@sunnybeachnl), then we will immediately start investigating and solving the problem for you. The shipping costs are FREE

International Shipping

After 1-3 working days we will ship your order. The shipping time depends on the country. Parcels to other EU countries will often take around 4 days to one week to arrive. You can always email us for more info.

Return

Are you not satisfied with an ordered item? Or do you want to return it for another reason? Of course that's no problem! You can return a piece of jewelry up to 14 days after receipt of the jewelry.
The return shipment is at your own risk and expense. Own risk means that Sunnybeach is not liable for damage or loss of returned items.
Important: the piece of jewellery may not have been worn. If we receive a piece of jewellery damaged, we will have to reduce the value of the refund, depending on the damage. We therefore advise you to pack the jewellery carefully.

Personalized jewelry, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Send an email to: sunnybeachnl@gmail.com with your name and order number and the product you would like to return. Through the mail we will give you the address where the return can be sent to.
Once we have received the return, we will refund the amount within one week. PLEASE NOTE: the cost of returning an item is at your own expense.
